  Events
1 Student Ambassadors – assisting with the self-guided tour of the school
2 Ontario Scholar Pictures – returning to alumni
3 Yearbook Display – Yearbook display of yearbooks from 1954 – 2009
4 Cake, Coffee, Tea, Guest Book – get people to leave a final message in the guest book – enjoy a piece of cake
5 Music - on the PA – old school songs - current students from our Music department will be playing in the courtyard across from the Cold Caf
6 Videos/PPT - old photos, 2010 prom video, school construction shots, MDHS interior shots - videos from school events
7 Raffle Ticket Sales & Draws –selling tickets for draws on “MDHS” stuff – making “draw” announcements throughout the event.
8 Time Capsule - display of a time capsule to be buried at the new school to be opened at an appropriate time
9 Clubs/Teams – possible displays from various organizations – EcoMarkham, Dance Team, others TBA
 
Performing excerpts from “Freedom Road” and “Remember the Time”, and their newest “We Are Markham”
It will be a mixture of songs, dances and poetry readings
They will hold their performance in “The Pit”
Cake, Coffee, Tea, Guest Book – get people to leave a final message in the guest book – enjoy a piece of cake
Hour presentations: 2:30-3:30pm & 5-6pm
10 Sale of items – Steve Michna and some of the Reunion gang are going to set up a table to sell off some of our Reunion paraphernalia
 
- EcoMarkham will be showing their video of the Living Wall from our Earth Hour assemblies and selling our Silva Growth vouchers for $5, which plants a tree in Southern Ontario and some of the funds go to our Living Wall fundraising
- Aerial Photos – we have some amazing aerial photos that we may have enlarged and sell as souvenirs of the building we are in now – we also have a photo of all 3 incarnations of MDHS that we may get enlarged as well – to be decided.
11 Food – I am still working on this – a possible BBQ in the courtyard – John Leadbetter’s Chip Truck
